【Teishukanpaku and Kakaa Denka】
“Teishukanpaku” means that the husband is in the position of ruler in the family. “Teishu” is another word for a husband. “Kampaku” is the name of the position that once served as an assistant to the emperor, and is a word that describes a person with strong power.
The opposite word of “Teishukanpaku” is “Kakaa Denka”. It means that the wife has strong power in the family. “Kakaa” is a friendly name for a wife, but “Kakaa” alone is rarely used in conversations. “Tenka” means that you are in power.
Both are often used as complaints about one’s wife / husband or self-deprecation stories, so when you use against others, it is too direct and rude.
